What happened in the book is that the dog and the owner go to a city. He sees, hears, and smells something. He lost the owner, so he goes to the park to find the owner.

This story is about a dog being friends with a squirrel. The squirrel has a new born baby. It was called Stompy and it was making a bed for the baby. She was about to call her mother.
